第一次到鼓浪屿，选择住这里很开心，有年代感的酒店，旁边就是日光岩，去食街也很方便，前台小哥哥都好帅，服务很贴心，就是拿大件行李的朋友要注意了，因为要爬楼梯，整体感觉很好，下次去还会住这里。

优点：古色古香典雅怀旧、服务生热情协助从码头到酒店并亲自提行李上台阶、卫生间够大且一次性用品包括拖鞋都是国际品牌高大上、冰箱内免费啤酒饮料，属于鼓浪屿地标性建筑。缺点：热水是用电的，量不能保证，房间里少一张桌子，物品摆放空间不够，离码头偏远，一定要善用岛上的电瓶车，否则很累，结论：如果能订到顶层的房间还是值得来住的，适合住两天以上。

周边环境非常好，服务态度也不错，就是老别墅没有电梯，位置比较高，走楼梯有点吃力。不过正因为地势高，视野相当不错

非常好，可以看海，下去就是大海和沙滩，孩子玩得开心，离小吃街也很近，走路10分钟，吃东西还算方便，只是晚上从三丘田码头走过来要走一阵子，要问路，不然容易走错
