艺龙太坑了，早就收到确认短信，到酒店办理入住，结果标准间变成大床房你叫我怎么入住?一家老小。电话和艺龙可以沟通后等了半小时依然无果，后来得知艺龙找第三方(百联)定的酒店，半小时后酒店前台和第三方联系依然没有收到确认信息。后来没办法8个老人等的受不了了我自己价钱更换方法！！等我们入住半小时后才收到确认信息。

这是一次非常美好的厦门之旅，泛太平洋酒店更是锦上添花。临走前一天是我女儿的生日，酒店特意送来了生意蛋糕和贺卡，令我们一家惊喜而感动！女儿说这是她一个非常难忘的生日！酒店以它优雅贴心的服务，准五星的标配设施，赢得了宾客的一致好评！必须点赞！再见厦门，再见泛太平洋酒店！
