酒店服务还行，在艺龙预定的信息与实际有误，入住以后花了一个多小时和艺龙还有酒店协调，好在艺龙最后完美解决了问题。

入住后返现电视开不了，酒店派了服务人员来看，服务人员说这个电视之前就坏过她修不了，等了20分钟来了电工部的人，检查了几分钟还是修不了，又来回给其他同事打电话，折腾了半个多小时，酒店一点歉意都没有，还认为这在五星级酒店只是个小问题，后来投诉后换了一个房间，才知道原来酒店很多空房间，却给我们安排一个有问题的。花了1000出头住这个酒店，体验太差了，酒店管理混乱
