设备比较老了，服务很差，位置很不方便，点了个外卖死活不让送进来，打电话给大堂经理也不送，服务太差了，住了那么多星级酒店，第一次遇到这样的，建议游客考虑入住

位置虽然在岛外，但度假的话就很好。泳池不错，从楼上看下来感觉很美，泳池够大。房间较新，海景房豪华的视觉效果好。但是前台服务人员态度不好，很难觉得星级酒店的热情和蔼，看来管理要加强了。

酒店真的装修很豪华，第一天到达办完入住还送了水果.泳池游泳人挺多，泳池很大，水不深一米都不到，适合宝宝玩水.落地窗可以看到海景，很美，如果下次再去厦门会继续去罗约酒店入住.
