酒店环境特好，泳池有3个：无边泳池、室内泳池、花园泳池。孩子特别喜欢花园泳池，很大水不深非常适合孩子戏水。客房服务员温明会人很好，知道我们带小朋友入住特意给孩子用毛巾叠个小象，很是开心，对这次的住店很满意！

每个别墅都可以在前台预约电瓶车，房间也会打扫的很干净，每位服务员素质都很高，很热情，房间地理位置也很好，毕竟习大大住过的

去年八月份第一次全家入住这里，感觉实在太棒了，超五星级的享受，阳台可以直接进入泳池，水苑区域也比较清净。服务很好，配套设施一应俱全。而且整个酒店环境太好了，有一种在真正海岛度假的错觉。女儿也是玩了都不想走。所以今年我很早就决定还要再来水苑住几天。但是这次就稍微有点不愉快，入住的时候从2点一直等到4点多才有房间，中间吃了下午茶又去儿童乐园玩了很久，最后只能一直在大堂等着，房间才准备好。而且现在人太多了，服务有点跟不上。不过总的来说还是一家很值得住的酒店，今年女儿也是住了就不想走。

可能是旺季 2点到的酒店
入住等了2个半小时
4点半才进房间
人多可以理解
但是前台的速度
不是一点点的慢
而且还各种错
房间里面还有双丝袜没拿走
真的是不想说了 恶心的要命
位置比较偏 离机场中山路都不近
设施很久了
小朋友可能会喜欢
但是泳池的水也不干净
下次不会考虑了
