这是我住过最差的酒店，从刚开始入住前台服务态度极差，房间设施比较久，隔音效果很差，住在二楼可以听到一楼大厅被吵醒，房间卫生也不好，还有蟑螂，每次从一楼坐电梯上楼，保安还问你各种身份信息（隐私被侵犯），有一次更气的由于时间仓促，我就回答他住在那个房间而已，然后他用手挡住电梯门口，问我身份证号码姓名等，感觉每次上楼像做贼似的，和我同在一个楼梯上去的人也这么认为。我在北京，天津，西安，桂林等住过那么多高档酒店，没有一家像这样每次上楼都要被拦下问各种个人信息。心里各种吐槽说不完，方正就是像给0星可以给不了，只能给一星，这完全是多给了，建议受不了个人信息连酒店的保安都可以掌握了的，千万别住这家酒店！！！（附上一张房间里的蟑螂图）

被单潮，床垫软，不满意，不知道是不是因为无窗的原因还是别的啥，但工作人员的服务态度不错，第二天订的行政标间免费升级到豪华标间，豪华标间房间宽敞很多，被单不潮，只是卫生间有股臭味，后来工作人员用塑料袋装水堵住下水道的口才没味，酒店在厦门枋湖客运站旁边，很近且晚上也不吵。

这是什么破酒店连空调遥控器都没有，服务员说空调制冷风速是固定的没法调，搞得小孩多鼻塞。
