今天第一次从北京到厦门，虽然比较忙，但还是要来评价一下这个酒店。先说两次感动。第一次是前台主动将无窗房升级为有床房；第二次是客服送来水果，还附上手写的卡片，这是最让我感动的地方，手写卡片传达的是诚意人性化服务。房间很宽敞很干净。天天假日酒店对第一次来厦门的人来说，是这个城市的窗口，为整体印象加分。
