酒店位置还不错，就在湖旁边，服务也可以，不过网上订票时答应的门票没兑现，说是要提前一天预定，价格一般吧，家人住的安静

都不错，就是早餐才九点就没东西，茶水没有，水果没有，粥也几近没有，连装水的杯子都没有，桌上餐具也稀稀拉拉，有点没有筷子，有的没有汤匙，而且茶水和水果的餐吧没有服务员，无法提供服务！能够理解是由于五一假期人多的缘故，但五一长假都实行几年了，酒店也提前知道预定爆满，怎么会没有应急措施呢？想不通……四星？！
