18年7月10晚上及12日晚上办理寄存的柜台服务态度恶略！前台竟然会写错房号，给错房卡，让我们来回排队、奔波！堂堂五星级酒店不知道他们领导是怎样培养出这样“优秀的员工”的！除了门口的门童和大厅的导向，整个前台脸难看的好像死了妈一样！花钱受气！！！如果服务能不给星，我一颗星都不想给！😡😡😡
