这次是两姐妹带80多岁的母亲出行，入住酒店海景房，和前台沟通，让老人家提前入住，安排高区海景房。连住两晚，住宿舒适，早餐品种丰富，服务周到热情，厦门之行画上圆满的句号。

我就说一点，跟朋友选择公交出行去厦大，去前台换五块钱硬币，前台告知硬币不够，没办法换，但是问了我们几位出行，随后从自己口袋里掏出了两个硬币给我，跟我说回来的时候如果有零钱的话就归还前台好了，顿时有种家的感觉，这个员工叫黄光彪，非常感谢他，虽然钱很少，但是感觉完全不一样

前台服务不错 来了没有空房 先帮忙寄存了行李 吃了个早餐的功夫就收拾好了 酒店位置很好 海景房看整个鼓浪屿 早餐也不错
