入住当天打电话到酒店一直说找不到预定，搞了半天，又说可以了!接着又是审核的时候，怎么都说我没有入住。真的很无语!拜托酒店来班加强一下员工培训!位置非常不好找。酒店办理入住的地方在25楼!根本没有明显的标志显示。打电话确认办理入住的地方后，门又是关着的!难道酒店不开门迎客吗?真是搞不懂!唉!反正以后不会去了!
