环境卫生还过得去，但找服务员比较麻烦，前台设在18楼，住的是16楼，住房内没电话，曾提出来，说会送到客房，但没下文，也说过携程订房的有送八宝粥或饮料，服务员说已送房间了，但回到房间是没的，懒得去18楼找服务员要了。

位置远点，但离厦门北火车站相对近点。万达广场解决吃的问题，还有热情的酒店销售推荐了好多出游线路，鑚一个。

位置：酒店就在万达广场后面，交通便利，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，但是不好找！
服务：服务态度不错，还有水果送。
设施：设施齐全，比较不错的酒店，但是隔音效果差。
