酒店服务态度很好，预订的房间让我非常不满意，窗帘电子开关要抠半天才能正常使用，一开浴缸水龙头，出来全是铁锈的黄汤，这是多久没人住过了啊，而且房间小的可怜。住了那么多喜达屋旗下酒店第一次看到有这么小的房间。后来实在住着不舒服，跟酒店前台说了一下，很快就给我升级了房间，一下让我心里舒服多了。早餐口味很好吃，但种类太少了，建议多增加点种类。可能由于刚刮完台风的缘故，窗外的风景不是光秃秃的就是工地，没什么可看的。泳池还可以，但工作人员干活太糙，浴巾清洗完估计还没晾干就收起来了，等我拿到浴巾时有点馊的味道。酒店还是有待提高啊。

电梯和房门不是感应的 插卡太不方便 而且还不标示插卡的方向，每个客人对着那卡槽都是一通乱插才找对方向。隔音也太差 洗发水洗完头发梳都梳不开，对不起五星的名号和上千的房价！
