很少来写评论，但今天要写个差评！3号入住9号退房，每天不同状况不同程度的问题，服务很差的一家威斯汀，一个服务员不好或许是个人问题，整体服务不好，那就是团队不行管理不行。不会再考虑

前几年来厦门转机去日本 第一次入住 非常满意 以后来厦门都住这里。环境好 客房舒适 早餐很丰富 西餐中餐选择性都很多。礼宾酒廊看夜景很好

全部给差评，根本算不上五星，价格又贵，从大堂到房间都很一般，第二天果断退房！买包烟都要出门打车，五星级进门还插卡，卡插了半天门都没反应！
