本来酒店给我印象还蛮好的，但去泳池被告知暂停使用。要求退房，也被告知要收取半天的费用（实际我们入住到退房也没有1小时）办理各种手续又花了一小时。

酒店设施设备都很赞，服务人员也很nice。唯一的缺点是早餐排队时间太长了，住了3天，每天都要排很长时间。这方面酒店要想想办法。

入住体验最差的酒店之一 我每年出差住酒店不少于五十次 很少会评论的 但这次我想说说我入住的事 第一天我四点十分到的酒店 居然还要等他们一个小时以后才能入住 更加奇葩的是艺龙的客服 她说我订的酒店又没交钱 我不知道她是什么意思 难道不是预付的酒店 订了也不算吗 还有就是酒店的早餐 居然要排队一小时左右才能有的吃
