当日我正从虎跳峡往香格里拉赶的路上，大概下午五点半左右。接到酒店的电话，告诉我必须七点之前到。我说到不了。等我到时结果没给我留圆床房。说有一个小间，床只有1.5米，我没办法只好入住了。态度非常恶劣，说中午给我打了电话，没接房间就没有了。我的电话根本就没有她的未接来电！另外房间价格也涨了。7月10日以后就涨了，我说我是7月6日定的房间啊。怎么说也不行。态度就是爱住不住，嘴里还说：“你就是为了这几十块钱！我这里又不是卖不出去”。后来我担心现在再出去找房间恐怕找不到了。就说好吧，我也不计较了。给我开了吧。结果她说“我不开了！”后来我爱人来了还是给我们开了。房间设备也坏了，热水器插头的一个导电片掉了，直接镶嵌在了插座里。我的剃须刀忘带了。结果这家酒店竟然没有刮胡刀！我也只能忍着了。

酒店性价比很高。前台的服务人员很热情，因为有老人出游，需要卫生间有马桶，前台很快就帮我们换了房间。全家人都觉得很不错
