本人已和酒店确认要住，酒店前台中午13:00后打电话给我，我在车上没听见，下午18:00前我和酒店再次确认，前台态度恶劣，说：因我没接到酒店电话,已取消我的订单，并告知房间已满没房。还算携程网帮助我解决问题，最后海纳酒店前台说：因为我没接到电话，就不想让我住，不是没房间。携程网服务赞，海纳酒店设施赞，订房前台怎么样，大家自有评价。第一次碰上这样的事，无语。
