首先登记入住不是很快，网络订房应该做好房卡，前台找来工作人员带路，服务员很很死板，看着客人行李大包小包的都不帮忙拿一下，服务员把客人带到电梯口，帮忙按了楼层号就不管了，到了房间门口开门，房卡尽然打不开，在楼层找前台电话找不到，又得到前台刷卡，其次洗澡间玻璃门滑道有问题，澡洗完了发现滑道卡死了，卫生间里没有安装电话分几，联系不上前台，绝望，然后在里边想各种办法近一个多小时才弄开，试想一下如果是一个女生呢？

酒店就在大峡谷，位置不错，就是设施旧了点，前台小妹人超好，错过班车，帮忙联系其他旅行团司机，这才得以第二天一早就能跟车出景区。
