前台的服务非常好，就是酒店的卫生状况不好，入住时马桶里一堆XX，联系前台后给调换了房间，还送来四瓶矿泉水表达歉意。孩子晚上身体不舒服，前台服务员及时提供温度计表示感谢！

酒店和景区是一家的，晚上有晚会和藏族舞蹈，大家都跳很好看。员工很年青，服务不错，儿子超喜欢导游姐姐。管理很严格，早上员工要做操，不少员工都是多面手。吃饭的地方只有一个，去附近的村子看了下，碰到的老人家很热情。
老板是巴拉村的，很有能力的人。要是在巴拉村也有客栈让人可安静呆几天就好了。

景区风景很美，可能是因为只有一个酒店吧、所以觉得价格高了些，能便宜些更好，酒店装修感觉很早了，有些陈旧。
