酒店的环境和酒店设施还是不错的，但就是早餐和晚餐有点简单，由于晚上到的酒店，就在酒店吃的自助火锅，菜品很少，肉也一般，火锅的火也不行，给我换了两次火才把锅子烧开，希望酒店注重顾客的体验。

酒店整体来说还不错，中规中矩，很干净，卫生间挺大，洗澡水很冲，床比较软，个人比较喜欢，但是可能有些人睡不惯，看个人习惯。香格里拉当地海拔高，晚上感觉有点干燥，其他都还好。酒店旁边有家川菜馆，味道非常不错。楼下有停车场，我们自驾来的，超级方便。早饭不错，西瓜汁很纯，米线也很好吃。

从丽江到香格里拉，住了几天民宿决定换回品牌酒店入住下，很不错，设施都很新，早餐性价比高，适合带孩子入住。

对比了很多民宿我还是选了希尔顿大品牌的酒店，早餐不算丰富但很便宜，性价比高，美中不足的是隔音效果一般。

早餐晚餐都是98元一位，房内都开空调，这个季节香格里拉早晚很凉，屋里屋外都一个温度，对于生活在北方的我来说不太舒服，特别是高原反应。酒店环境不错，服务也好。吃的吃不惯。
