定了房间后因为个人原因并没有入住，不允许取消的规定让我觉得也没必要跟酒店讨价还价了就没有通知酒店不去住了。只是觉得一家星级酒店，客户交了钱预定房间但没有入住，酒店连一个电话都不打吗，不用跟客人确认的吗？

设施一流，大床非常舒服，周围环境也很好，接待服务很热情，就是行李生不是很到位，行李放大堂人不见了。总之性价比非常好的宾馆，不愧是品牌店。

当地很好的一家酒店，设施都很新，前台小姑娘何峥很热心，不仅免费帮我们升级了房间，送了两个手机扣，然后看我们没定双早，还免费送了双早！真是大大的惊喜，性价比太高了！建议来香格里拉都住这

标配的四星酒店，中规中矩。开业过半年，但是房间里还有一些家具的木头或者油漆的味道，打开窗户就好多了。
自助晚餐出品水平很高，早餐丰富。人在他乡，能吃得放心最重要。
位置很好，到各个景点都很方便。

住宿环境和其它条件都很满意，就是这酒店的服务我真的不敢恭维，退房查房时我遗落没有查到，等我想起来打电话咨询告诉我没有，我再次打电话要求仔细查找，才查到我落下的东西，提前四十分钟告诉酒店我过去取麻烦帮我放到前台，结果我到酒店了，东西还在客房！

隔音好，内部设施新。如果有个加湿器就更好了。早餐也比较丰富中西式的都有。位置方便，出门就是公交车站，坐3路到达松赞林寺，到古城就过马路坐1路，离客运站步行10分钟。周围500米左右有几家租车行，携程上租车取车还车比较方便。酒店好像还提供免费接机，不过做大巴的人就用不上了。大厅有藏族服饰可以免费试穿拍照。
