酒店环境优雅、舒适，服务贴心细致，和lg在这住了三个晚上，两晚上是大床房，一晚标双；相比之下喜欢大床房，房间够大特别大床舒服，而标双的房间小而且床比较软，睡不习惯。酒店的早餐还不错，品种丰富，味道好。由于高原地区酒店有车专门就送出入，服务员热情礼貌赞一个。

酒店环境非常好，就在松赞林寺的上面，酒店还提供免费的车辆接送，门票还能打折，酒店非常贴心，一进门就送上姜茶和点心，茶点和冰箱里的酒水饮料都是免费的，房间里还摆放着打有客人名字的欢迎信，整个房间都很有民族特色，服务员也很热情，整体感觉很好
