这是一家很好的特色酒店，设施古朴典雅，极具民族特色，细节处又具高端品质。管理层工作到位，最重的是藏族员工们服务态度、质量给酒店增添很大的魅力，有香格里拉风釆！临近酒店一公里道路有些狹窄。我会向朋友们推介的。

酒店的环境非常棒，在松赞林寺景区内，景色绝佳，全藏式建筑，在酒店周边的风景就可以秒杀一切了，超喜欢这份宁静，以后有机会会去他的梅里分店。店里所有的铜制品都爱不释手，全手工制作。

酒店的环境非常棒，在松赞林寺景区内，景色绝佳，全藏式建筑，带老人出行，之前担心的高原反应一点也没有，非常满意，强烈推荐，若能接受价格的话，在香格里拉旅游，住宿就住这儿！房间免费提供水果和饮料，赠送姜茶和青稞饼，非常好吃，酒店的饮食也相当不错，对得起5星级酒店水准，但要加服务费。房间的洗浴用品是名牌，热水充足，网络信号好，但房间电视特别差，床铺对老人来说太软。前台服务质量很好，结账时有前期他人消费的项目也及时更正，只是去松赞林寺景区解说的服务员文化底蕴稍欠，仅小学四年级水平，与之前其他人评价的专研藏学的小伙子有较大差距。
