酒店环境不错。但艺龙让人气愤，八月十二日通过艺龙订本计划十四日宁波隐逸别墅酒店，但预订时按错日期订了十三日的，当时扣了699元担保金。但如果晚上十二点前取消可以退款。十三日酒店发现我没入住打电话联系携程（因为艺龙是携程挂上的，酒店只与携程合作），但携程却告知酒店没有我的手机号码，而真实情况是我是携程、艺龙的会员。酒店因此无法联系上我，十四日我到宁波入住酒店才知道无奈只好又出699元入住一晚，携程、艺龙不负责任的行为让我损失金钱外还以种种理由拒绝赔偿，所以以我为例不要通过艺龙可直接联系酒店预订，至少我永远不会。
