1、地理位置好，距襄阳古城步行街300米，便于游览古城。2、车位比较紧张，但有地方停车。3、洗澡水大、水热，很好。4、比较干净，但衣橱等不常用的地方卫生还有提升空间。5、服务态度好。6、在百度地图上没有标注，用百度导航时可导爱尚妞妞（东街店），府都宾馆在它马路对面。
