第一次通过微信艺龙订酒店，5月4曰入住5日退房，共1晚，按当时订房价格为198元支付。之后，赠有20元红包，我领了，（红包在6月3日之前使用）。于是，我第二次通过微信艺龙订酒店，5月11日入住12日上午退房，共1晚，按当时订房手机提示应付198-20=178元，但今天退房时，还是按198元收的，我不明白，红包哪里去了。问前台，说不知道。一句话回复了。

酒店环境不错，在医院旁边方便孩子区医院看病，周围吃的与玩的挺多，就是服务态度还有待提高，床单被罩很干净。
