酒店是版纳装修风格，停车场很大，硬件看来应该是四星标准，地理位置好很，交通方便，去琼海、湿地等景区都很近；附近餐馆、超市也很近，总之生活方便。前台服务非常棒，笑容真诚，前厅部匡经理亲自带我看房，态度超好！我们是两个大人带个小孩子，预定了一间四晚豪标，匡经理人很好，在第二晚酒店房态允许的情况下，为我们后面三晚免费升级成了商务标间。房费含双早，小孩早餐免费（这点很人性，不像有些酒店需要再买一张早餐券），自助早餐较丰盛，有蛋糕、馒头、鸡蛋、回锅肉、泡菜、土豆丝、牛奶、橙汁、面、西瓜。非常愉快的体验，下次来西昌还会住这里。
