酒店位置好，装修风格独特，设施较新齐全，但部分设施损坏维修不及时，入住时有个水龙头就是坏的。定的两个商务标间，被安排在三楼，窗下一米是一排停车场边的彩钢房顶，导致睡觉不敢开窗。两个房间的空调温度都无法自主调节，因为两个房间都西晒温度较高，将空调开到制冷模式，结果温度反而直线上升至30度，导致房间很热很闷，服务员也无法解决。只有关掉空调，在闷热中度过一晚。

酒店位置比较好找，有专用停车场，出行很方便，离市中心也近，吃饭比较方便，提供早餐，不过要早点去，晚了就没有了，酒店比较干净卫生，一共住了3晚，不过被子比较厚晚上有点热，枕头不是很舒服，望改进。

嗯经常在西昌这边玩，来西昌也住了几次酒店，也经常在这个艺龙酒店订房；这次春节带着家人：四个老人，我们一家三口，来到西昌还是住这个酒店，设施都比较好，环境也比较好干净卫生，服务态度也特别好，还有给我提供的早餐也特别好，我们一家都过得都吃的很开心！还是推荐所有的朋友们如果来西昌住还是选这个酒店！
