我和朋友两家去的。酒店档次很高，硬件非常设施很棒，菜品制作很美，是一家性价比非常高的酒店。但房间服务人员需要增强责任心，我的房间忘了提供洗漱用品，充电线根本没有（或许是忘了放）硬说是我们拿走了。十一出去谁不自己带充电器啊？谁会为了一个充电器丧失了做人的尊严？我们出来洗漱用品都自己带着。所以心里很不是滋味，好在前台接待员没有耽误我们的出发时间，否则真是起了大早惹了一身气还耽误了赶船时间。

酒店有独立的小花园，可免费停车。床品也不错，比较干净。一入住看到盛放洗发沐浴二合一的瓶子只有一半，这是不是管理不够尽责？
