酒店服务不及时，房间没预留，等房间打扫时间过长，人多的情况下协调力不太好。好在大堂经理了解情况后，帮忙处理，还算到位。建议提前联系酒店预留好房间，环境确实可以，早餐和晚餐都算可以，周围餐饮，娱乐设施也都有。
