前台小姐姐服务态度不错，第一天去的时候正好是七夕，可能人多吧，有点顾不过来，能理解，快递邮到店里保存也很好，整体设计、布局很好，电梯也很稳，所有的服务人员都很好，客房大姐，看我们出门主动问好，问我们要不要打扫房间，回来以后打扫的很干净，屋子里还有小冰箱，真的很方便！楼下就是中北世纪城，小吃、夜市很方便！晚上开窗户也不会特别吵，住在20层，酒店为了安全起见窗户都是做过处理的，浴室的大花洒很大，不像别的酒店一点点，对于头发长的女生真是太好了！总体很开心，很满意，下次还会继续来的，而且酒店的早饭很好吃，早上有混沌，牛奶、豆浆、米粥 等等等 是自助 想吃什么吃什么，也很方便！味道也很好！赞赞哒！
