酒店设施很全，各方面都考虑很周到。酒店老板很热情，网上刚下单，不到五分钟，就打电话过来确认并安排免费接机，免除了旅行的不安。酒店提供平价包车服务，对于自由行太方便了，杨师傅服务很好，不仅当司机，还帮忙买票，比团购价还便宜，还带我们吃价廉物美的特色饮食。如果下次再去版纳旅行还会选择雨林澜竹。

江景房确实看得到江，但是窗户一打开就一股骚臭味，我们是21楼，客栈是租的公寓楼，周边都在装修很吵人，房型没有了免费升级的套房，沙发很脏也有味道，其他还不错，性价比还凑合吧，就是周边的环境真的不咋地，离星光夜市10多分钟距离

房间是公寓式酒店，里面很宽敞，外面有陽台可以挑望整个告庄及澜沧江，房间很干净，床也很舒适，很适合旅游來玩，走路十分钟就可到大金塔夜市，老板也会介绍当地的好玩景点及优待门票，我住了三晚，感觉性价比高值得入住！
