第一次来版纳，预定的万达附近的客栈，因客栈热水馆坏了，我带着一老一小临时下单订的万达假日，艺龙迟迟无法确认订单，我的一老一小就在前台等候，工作人员细心的照顾和及时与客房预订部沟通真是让我倍感温暖，并且在艺龙没有及时回馈信息时先安排我们住下，让疲惫了一天的老人孩子有了栖息之处，我真是万分感谢。

入住后比较满意，唯一不足就是不在市中心，出租车司机不愿意去郊区，老乱加价。客服和礼宾服务很好，可以随时坐电瓶车到酒店外的马路口，客服还免费延至2点退房，总体还不错。
