地板处理不干净，床品有头发，服务更恼火，要去主题乐园，摆渡车人员告知出门200米让我们走路，还指了反方向，大中午带着孩子暴走4公里，反应给大堂经理直接石沉大海杳无音讯，有愧5星服务。
