艺龙极差！酒店不值五星！在艺龙下单特意加选了升级房型服务，然而付款后并没有任何显示是升级房型。到了酒店酒店也说没有升级，然后给了一个1楼的房间，相当于地下室，大堂都在三楼！进门就是潮湿的味道，被子竟然是湿的！马上给艺龙打电话，艺龙客服首先没想着解决问题，而是质疑我们理解错误，说发邮箱过来传证明截图，挂了电话没有任何短信告知我们邮箱号，我们拖着一个1岁多的发烧的小朋友，不得不直接花两百在酒店自行升级房型！完了再给艺龙打电话，才要到邮箱号把截图发过去，然后客服回电话说不确定我们这个升级房型服务是否有效，要请示，于是请示到我们都退房了，都没有回音！再说说酒店，酒店早餐的品类还是丰富，但是人太多了，服务员收拾盘子也不是太及时，当时去吃早餐差点没位置。客房服务很不错，有求必应，打扫卫生的阿姨们也很友善。酒店环境很一般，没什么特色，游泳池也没办法用！对了，酒店设计也有问题，从客房到大堂，那还真是一个远！好比在走野象谷的空中栈道，看不到头……
