河景露台房確實不錯，值得推薦。唯一不足的是洗漱间地板沾水太滑。家人被滑摔了，幸好不是老年人。建議酒店注意一下

酒店的位置和环境相当好，礼宾服务也很好，总体还是一家不错的酒店。需要提高的地方也有不少。一是自助餐厅远远达不到五星级水准，而且招揽大批团队客人，自降身价。二是服务还需改善。我预约了一辆七座商务车，结果来了辆五座车。当然司机师傅还是很给力，在严重堵车的情况下，尽可能快和安全地把我们送到了机场，没有误机，匆忙下车也没来得及感谢这位师傅。三是大年三十，孟伦镇断水，酒店没有应对措施。另外，房间马桶几次出现堵塞现象。

位置太偏远，在一个很破的小镇上，一路开进去的小磨公路简直是受罪，在修路，全是灰尘。酒店价格高得很，服务一般，下雨时房间阳台的垫子都淋湿了。酒店性价比不高。

环境很好，就在植物园边上，从酒店后门出去溜达5分钟就到了植物园西门！里面房间不多，因此很安静，服务不错，早餐也不错能值回票价！晚餐在湄公餐厅吃的，味道也挺好，因为入住那天妈妈的生日，还送了蛋糕，在餐厅放了生日歌，总之是很好的经历

西双版纳安纳塔拉，值得飞大半个中国特意来一趟的酒店，服务、房间和Spa各方面都满意。远离市区，但酒店后门可步行到中科院热带植物园，推荐给喜欢清静的朋友。特别推荐spa，下午2-5点打七折，环境和手法超赞，值得体验。
