所有酒店员工面带笑容，见面说您好。能把当地人培训成这样不容易。酒店食物价位适中，味道正宗。SPA也很有云南特色，茶浴。很多细节非常到位，让挑剔的客人也无话可说：浴缸配浴盐、房间里有瑜伽垫、四瓶矿泉水、健身房和图书馆里都放着水。两处不足：吹风机功率小，还有点不好用，不得不顶着湿淋淋的长发出发了；询问可否延迟退房时间时前台态度略有不耐、不屑。

住的安纳塔拉别墅，整体都很舒服，唯独在晚上的时候房间和室外灯光太暗，这个纯属个人偏好，真的太暗了。不影响酒店是好酒店，但是性价比确实不高，3000+加吃饭一共预计5000左右一天，能享受的东西太少了，更偏爱去类似clubmed那种。由于地理位置确实很偏，感觉很无聊。

酒店环境优美，周边自然风光原生态，出酒店正门左边是城子寨，右边是个镇子，镇子里有集市，很有意思！

太喜欢安纳塔拉酒店的环境 而且离中科院植物园特别近 感觉酒店里面就好像一个小的植物园 如果没有必须要去的行程我建议可以在酒店里待上两天 好好感受一下才好！而且酒店的服务特别的热情周到 以后还会选择安纳塔拉酒店的！

一如安纳塔拉的风格，小型精品酒店，泰式风格，离植物园很近，侧门出去就是植物园的停车场。可能有些年头了，部分设施显老了！下一站转战蓝光，还有贵阳的！
