卫生不错但设施有点跟不是上，地板好多地方有发泡迹象，进房后烟味儿特重，早餐很一般，居然米线的葱会被吃断档！地下停车场没有电梯直达，要爬三层楼，下面卫生差，污水横流。值得表扬的是门口的保安，前台接待，楼层服务，餐厅服务！见面有笑容，服务态度佳。

位置不错、交通便利、步行可去曼听公园和滨江夜市、附近有超市，房间宽敞舒适、晚上睡觉很安静，免费接送机服务，总体来说还不错。
