订的豪华江景大床房821，办完入住手续后又告知空调有问题。免费升级换成828房间，房间是很大，但蒸汽不能用，后来还跳闸，电视都看不了，避免麻烦就将就了。5星级酒店的高档房间不应该这样吧。整个8楼似乎只有入住我们2间房。去年入住过也不满意，订的豪华大床房，结果房间及其窄小。性价比太低了。

酒店非常具有傣式风情，装修风格较为端庄，酒店整体感觉也还算是干净利落。地理位置超赞，从后门出去就能够直接到江边了，晚上去夜市简直是超级方便…我们住的是B座，通过艺龙定的房间可以延时退房到下午两点，还有接机送机服务～唯一不足的是酒店房间床头跟前没有充电的地方，这个很让人不爽…不过酒店的负责人但是很负责的，尽管很晚了还是找来了插线板～总之还是很满意的一次入住体验！
