过年期间，酒店价格很高，但是服务很差，说好的有免费接送机服务，居然说还要收费，游泳池很脏，不建议居住

管理实在太乱！最糟糕的是明明订好了酒店，到了酒店居然说早就满房了，还把责任推来推去。客房服务人都找不到。行李太多，想找个门童来帮运下行李，结果等了好久，貌似大堂经理样的人找了个保安来运，连房间在哪里都要我们自己找。停车酒店门口乱停，还号称保安帮停车，人都找不到！早餐9点半结束，9点不到去就几乎全光了，种类还少。所以第二天果断换酒店！
