装修和装饰具有西方文化艺术色彩，但没有什么服务，服务员冷漠。卫生间有异味（估计抽水马桶忘了装下水排气管），其中有一个卫生间排水系统漏水，窗户打开有油烟进入。晚上房间有点冷，找不到空调遥控器。

早餐特别好，有米线、米干、面条，还有煎鸡蛋、水煮蛋，还有四五个炒菜，还有面点糕点，杂粮果汁，我是吃素的都非常满意，服务也是特别特别的好，非常值得入住，卫生好，空气好，超安静，下次还住这里

以后也会来住，虽然500在勐海来说有点小贵，但卫生非常干净，员工都很有礼貌，会主动帮忙搬行李，通道上看到也主动打招呼，遇上问题也积极解决，除了没有泳池，其他都很好，有种在外国的感觉。在前台可以拿悦椿spa的5折券，也是很推荐！最后就是尽量不要订无窗房
