就是一个字非常差！ 住了五天，第一天没水果，第二天补上了，感觉好吃，想着第二天应该会继续补上，毕竟住5天，结果被告知不好意思，欢迎水果只为每个房间入住当天才提供，奇葩脑回路，如果是商务酒店或者小旅馆 也就不说了，打着连锁品牌 虽然不挂星，但是收的五星房费 这种完全没有灵活性的服务，那是不是我下去换个房或者换个预定就可以继续有了？ 设计服务的逻辑性和严谨性简直就是失败。 最后灵魂拷问一下，续房需要派人守在门口收费的吗？ ！ 第一次见到高星级酒店有这种操作？ ！

酒店环境优美，设施齐备，南向大阳台可看日出，旁边有个公园，市区边上，出门去市区和机场打车十多元都能搞定，早餐很不错。

前台服务态度和服务意识很差，语气很冲。感觉像是来住了个火车站旁的小旅馆。。。
入住的房间一进去有霉臭味，投诉后，重新安排了房间才略有好转。2016年的酒店，竟然维护成这样，也真是难以想象。
好在总体位置不错，阳台可以看到四周风景以及大佛寺。

酒店所在位置远离告庄西双景的繁闹，安静，距离勐泐大佛寺很近，在酒店能看到其部分景色，酒店的卫生很干净，服务有求必应，早餐的米线和浇头很好吃，品类丰富，十一期间的价格也不算贵，西双版纳其他地方的酒店不知道，因为没走到过，告庄西双景是步行深度游了，华美达的性价比比告庄的高
