酒店环境非常好、晚上也很安静、特别是客房打扫的干干净净一天打扫了两次、安排机场接送这点也很贴心、早餐也很丰富、西双版纳不大、下次跟朋友一起还是选择这家.

环境非常好，位置也不错，早餐也可以，就是承诺的接机服务，接机师傅说第二天不租用他车就不接我们了。

酒店离市区不远，打快车无论到哪都很方便，酒店设施现金，房间里配套齐全，电脑也有，卫生间淋浴和大浴缸分开的，家人很喜欢，床也是1.35米一张的，睡的很舒服，枕头也不错。自助早餐品种不多，这点还要加上一下，要吃的东西不多。整体服务很好，打扫卫生很勤快，挺满意的！酒店离勐泐大佛寺很近，走路过去玩的，这点很好，因为离市区稍微有点距离，所以显得酒店很安静，不错哦！

房间浴缸龙头有点漏水，关不紧，和客房服务说了下，等了一会儿带人来修了。就是走的时候，地上喷溅到的一点水没给我擦干了再离开。服务还要再细致点才行。早餐如果是五星的标准，它还差了一点点。其他都挺好。

酒店马桶上水有问题，洗手池的塞子有问题，洗手池下面还漏水，不过都解决了。早餐很丰富，还是很不错的酒店。带孩子的应该多给一张餐卷？
