酒店硬件和卫生都不错，值得表扬的是整体整洁度保持很好，随时可看到保洁人员在认真的工作。性价比还是不错。需改进的问题如下：1 早餐过于简单（是本人出差过程住过的N多5星酒店中最为简单的一个。2 健身房设施极其简单陈旧。仅有的两个陈旧跑步机中可用的只有一个。无磁控爬梯机，无杠铃，无躺垫，无躺椅等最简单的器械。 3。 商务中心是貌似外包的。不仅宰客很离谱而且态度很差。例如到市区滴滴只要15元，该中心却要40元。网上说好的免费送机场，前台协调好了，商务中心却来电说8点前哪怕早1分钟都要付费，而且居然要收70元，然后再投诉到前台，前台回复解决好了，又接到中心电话还是要收费，气愤之余说要投诉到总经理，回答随便投诉好了。然后打前台，前台说已经说好免费送的，可见这个商务中心在如何假传信息。 这一瞬间很是后悔订了华美达7天。有这种商务中心，对品牌影响可见一斑。总体该宾馆性价比不错，但切不可在该宾馆商务中心预定任何服务，当然土豪除外。
