酒店的环境很好，整个酒店的公共区域和房间的空调都很棒，在炎热的天气让人感觉很凉爽。房间的设施具有五星传统的标配和服务，卫生间的感应灯很人性化。去版纳住了四家五星酒店这家是唯一送水果的酒店，很温馨。被子不是很厚，空调声音很小，睡得很香。早餐品种还算丰富，干净卫生。唯一不足的是前台和礼宾部的服务不够热情。值得感谢的是酒店的李总监，帮我把小孩遗漏在酒店的衣服安排寄回来。的确有宾至如归的感觉。是个性价比比较高的酒店。酒店十几分钟的路程可以找到本地的傣味小店，金塔烤鸡烤鱼店味道好价格也便宜。

酒店很不错，免费接机送机，内部环境好，到达那天已经过了餐厅营业时间，但是餐厅工作人员依然打电话叫来厨师和服务员为我们做了可口的午餐。觉得服务好，出门前放了20元小费在床头，回来后服务员写了谢谢，却分文未取，下次去还要住这里。
