就是一个无赖酒店，没见过钱，没见过订单。我因为新婚妻子腿意外摔伤，取消了去西双版纳的行程，要取消订房，酒店前台永远就一句话，不可能，不能取消，你们来不了是你们的事情，反正你定了就不能退！我就呵呵了，只能说垃圾！

难得在西双版纳有卫生间做好干湿分离、卫浴分离的。早餐用餐的地方如果能好好擦地就更好了，地上很粘。
