酒店服务人员的态度超级好，我们订的是入住3天，入住当天下午更换了三次房间，天论是前台服务或是客房主管以及房间服务人员，都非常耐心、热情，没有抱怨。我们当时认定如果要续订，还是选择这家酒店，服务设施也很好，超级棒，为这里服务人员和酒店点赞！👍👍👍

环境真的很好，房间也很宽敞整洁，还自带游泳池，住在这感觉很惬意，这个酒店离泼水广场很近，附近还有夜市，出行挺方便的

出门吃喝逛都很方便，里面配套还有游泳池，经常来西双版纳都是来这家住，这次是带家里人和小孩过来游玩，都很满意！

卫生间犄角旮旯处有些污渍，水渍什么的，墙纸脱落了一大块看着不太舒服，莲蓬头出水不畅，这些方面希望及时解决了就不错了。总体住下来还是不错的，还能接受，对得起这个价格。位置很好，所有景点逛的地方步行可达，闹中取静的位置。最希望改进的应该是窗户，窗户下面是木制百叶窗，没办法关严，路边声音进得来，蚊子也容易进来，只能靠纱帘隔开还要点蚊香，最后一张图就是窗户供参考
