酒店服务很好，订房确认后马上有人打电话过来确认是否需要接机，酒店有游泳池，我们订的三人房，是复式房，带两个孩子住很方便，小孩住楼上也方便照顾，酒店有提供旅游服务，酒店可以安排司机带我们玩，市内200一天，可以帮买票，他们买票比我们自己在景区买和网上买票都优惠一些，不用跟团，不会被催，不用早起，每天睡到自然醒，司机会在大堂那里等我们，自己想玩哪里玩哪里。酒店离湄公河的星光夜市很近，那里什么都有的买，吃的玩的手信应有尽有。推荐！
