在别家酒店不能取消订单，过不去提前一天取消，都给取消了，这家酒店死活不给取消，看出这家的酒店真的是没有什么客人，泼水节别家酒店订都订不到，他家酒店就怕自己的房间卖不出去，因为实在赶不过去，只有打电话给携程客服，最后赔了160元，才给退了，，用了这么多年的携程第一次碰见这样的商家，我也是无语

稍微对住宿有点要求的都不要选这里，和三和居客栈不是一个。千万别定错了。宁愿被扣了一天房钱也没入住。

客舍距离告庄西双景核心区的大金塔步行大概30分钟，位置偏了一些 ，是新建的高层18楼。客舍的阳台上可以很近地看到马路对面山头上滨江俊园几个醒目的大字，也可以看到眺望不远处的湄公河。
客舍设施很新，设施齐全，干净整洁，阳台上有桌椅休闲赏景，不错~ 房间内有简易做饭的橱柜，很方便!
这次全家的住宿体验挺满意的! 给好评~

楼下停车要收费，10元一晚上，自费，感觉管理不正规，因为版纳的所有景点停车免费，我在版纳其他地方住的也免费，这次收费的就是穿保安衣服的，晚上回来时候也没看见保安
