房间还可以，豪华标间的床比较大，就是毛巾太破旧了。酒店原本承诺接送机服务，可送机的时候酒店的协议司机根本就没来，也不提前通知我们，害的我们手忙脚乱打车去的机场（因为有老人和孩子），虽然车费也不多。希望酒店以后能加强这方面的管理，以诚信为本，不要被个别无诚信的司机破坏酒店的声誉。

先说下好的:交通方便,房间面积比较大.不好的地方:软件与四星的酒店没法相比.早餐就像地摊的早点,还有更糟糕的是酒店的面巾,没办法用,就像抹布.床上面还有活着的小红蚂蚁.

酒店不错，景洪很小，去哪都还是很方便。住豪华标间，如果睡觉比较容易醒的话，就不建议了，因为离国道比较近，噪音还是有的。

条件非常好,是版纳旅游同类酒店的首选;一点意外的不满意是和酒店方约好的接机酒店没有做到,投诉后前台有电话来道歉并承诺结帐时补偿机场至酒店的打车费,最后退房时依然是没有补偿.
